Daniel co-founded Ikon with Jacob and his focus is on new business development and relationship management. He has been involved in property sales and development since moving to the US in 2003 to focus on commercial real estate. Prior to that, he worked in financial services, as a trader in London and Milan.
Jacob brings over 15 years of wide-ranging construction industry experience with particular focus on risk and commercial management. Prior to starting Ikon, Jacob worked his way from junior to senior positions in a number of companies through periods of sustained growth. He has a particular passion for the industry and loves developing new talent and driving high-performance.
Mike, our MD, oversees all business departments, ensuring we stay true to our core values in everything we do. Coming from a construction site management background, he maintains a high involvement in project delivery and ensures that the team are exceeding expectation in all key areas.
