Taking space in the newly-refurbished Yarnwicke Building on Cannon Street, in the heart of the City, PDT needed a user-friendly construction partner who could mobilise quickly and deliver offices ready for occupation.
Features that we incorporated into the finished interiors include front-of-house meeting rooms, a multi-use space, meeting rooms, feature lighting and an outdoor terrace.
Ikon successfully delivered our new space and were able to mobilise quickly to complete the project in line with our own fast paced schedule. Communication was great from initial engagement, all the way to practical completion and beyond.
